With winter now here, one of the biggest things I encourage sellers to watch for is damp or musty smells. Even if a property is perfectly dry, closed-up homes can sometimes develop stale air during the colder months, which buyers can quickly associate with moisture issues.

✔ Run a heat pump or ventilation system
✔ Address any damp areas
