The Great Tutukaka Sand Castle competition
Starts 11am 1st January
Judging at 1pm with prize giving shortly after.
There will be great prizes. At this stage, $200 cash for first prize, $100 second and $50 for third, plenty of spot prizes and a fun lolly scramble

Another holiday home on the Tutukaka all clean, tidy and looking good after a softwash by The Neighbour.
Cedar cladding is amazing but it definitely needs to be cleaned very carefully. The cedar on this house was gently scrubbed with a soft brush and a special soft wash mix to gently ease out the contaminants before a thorough high volume low pressure rinse

A massive congratulations to Sam and Fiona who won the $500 property maintenance voucher.
It is Looking like they are choosing to get their roof, gutters and windows cleaned free of grime and salt for the summer!
