It's not every house that has a combined laundry and bathroom but when it's a barn, it works. Phenomenal water pressure for the shower, a brand new washing machine for guests, and waxed concrete underfoot — it's quirky and it works 😊

Playground with a view — the Barn has plenty of space for well behaved dogs (and kids) to run around in, with views up to St Paul's Rock and down to Whangaroa Harbour.

Just one rule: dogs have to be with you and under control at all times. The local birds and passing drivers will thank you 🙂
