I love everything about property. I love looking at homes, and in particular, visiting Open Homes which I find is a great way to get a feel of the market and then pass on all that I’ve learned to my clients. I learned early on that it’s my marketing skills that make all the difference between a sale and a great sale! I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Industrial Design from De LaSalle-College of Saint Benilde in the Philippines and I also completed a Masters in Global Marketing at Victoria University in Wellington. The knowledge I have gained through study has most certainly enhanced my role as a salesperson. I believe that each and every one of us is unique. Clients find me friendly and approachable and when it comes to negotiation, I aim to not just sell, but to sell at a fair price clients are happy with. I love spending time with family, friends and pets! I find a quick stroll on the beach or around the park is the perfect way to relax. I speak English, Filipino and Hokkien.
