Welcome to Waterways 9-H. Our condo is located on the 9th floor of the elegant Waterways building in Both bedrooms feature panoramic ocean and lagoon views.

Located on the 9th floor of Waterways in the Playa Blanca Resort, apartment 9H features awe inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean and the largest pool in Central America! The residence boasts over 1,200 square feet of living area, 2 spacious bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms and a separate maid's quarters, which includes a 3rd full bathroom and laundry room. The chef's kitchen features stainless steel app

liances, dishwasher, granite counter-tops and full dinning and cookware. The large living room includes a sleeper-sofa and slider access to the large patio. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, while the guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin sized beds and a tumbler. When you stay in apartment 9H, you will have everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Waterways is built around the largest pool en all of Central America and the Caribbean and comprises several towers with 15 floors of apartments. Playa Blanca is one of the biggest and creative property developments on the Pacific coast of Panama and is located just 75 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from the new Rio Hato Airport. Playa Blanca Beach and Lagoon Residences, a real estate beach condos development, is constructed on 90 hectares (212 Acres) of privileged oceanfront land, with more than 1.5 kilometers of beaches. This is being developed in several phases, each containing magnificent residences, modern houses and apartments. The project also has a Commercial Plaza and Entertainment area located in the Town Centre where you can find different shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and mini-supermarkets amongst others. In addition you can enjoy the largest pool en all of Central America and the Caribbean.
