After a yearlong lockdown when we didn't see any interest in real estate in Boquete things are beginning to open up and we are seeing mostly Panamanians looking for lots to build homes in Boquete because of that I am reserrecting Ownboquete and adding properties not just in Cerro Verde but Caldera and Potrerillos, stay tuned.

Cunetas and sidewalks are being built in the upper phase of Cerro Verde a 39 lot subdivision in Alto Volcancito. Beautiful views and underground utilities. Lots from 1200 square meters to 1800 square meters, all lots $45 per meter.

Phase 2 of Cerro Verde has underground waterservice finished, underground electrical service is nearly done pulling wire next week, stone walls being built between lots and last but not least we will be paving the road soon.
