INDI is able to provide the following services in respect of property management:
• Collection of monthly lease fee according to the dates established with the tenant.
• Deposit in lease the property to the bank account defined by the customer
• Management fee payment of appropriate maintenance to the property on the date established by the PH.
• Assistance as requested (proxy) to represent the o
wner in the Assemblies of Owners.
• Recruitment, prior permission of any service required to repair or maintain the property's any good. This includes: plumbing, electrical, cleaning, maintenance of air conditioners and others as required upon request.
• Coordination and monitoring of service contracted in the stipulated time with the contractor to carry out the work in the house as soon as possible.
• Payment to the contractor, in agreement with the owner, according to shell intended for these resolves.
• Visits to the property by appointment with the tenant, for inspection and subsequent report to owner. Special Services Lease
