This modern 5 story apartment Building is located in the Orrantia del Mar Development, an enclave between San Isidro and Magdalena del Mar, served by these two municipalities. Located close to the Jose Acosta and La Pera Parks, and with quick access to the districts of Miraflores and downtown Lima, this place is in a privileged enclave in the city, only a few blocks to the Pacific Ocean.

We have named our building "Sans Souci" a French term that means "no worries" a favorite saying of our grandfather who used this term to name his Horse Breed Ranch.

The project was designed by Samuel Cardenas, a well known architect in Lima. He blended nicely the surrounding architecture in the area, mainly the 2 modern style recently constructed buildings developed by the Braganini Conctruction Co. It consists of 2 buildings, separated by a green belt that features an ornamental water fountain and a promenade area.

The building caters to families with children, and young couples alike. The array of apartments includes 2 bedroom duplexes with 100m2 to 3 bedroom flats. Parking is provided by 2 underground levels with plenty of assigned parking spaces. The elevators provide direct access to the larger apartments. Each Duplex owner share the elevator with only the apartment across the hall.

The project has been constructed following rigorous quality control protocols, with the latest building techniques including anchored foundation walls, elongated steel beams for better but lighter support, and improved insulation between levels.
