This «ultra luxury integrated destination» is a unique residential and recreational boating paradise located between Punta Sal and Mancora in North Peru. Our residential area will have breathtaking, double view apartments with views of the sea, marina and water ski lagoon at the back. We also have options with views of the ecological paradise of Quebrada Fernandez and single-family lots facing the
lagoon. Our in-land marina will have capacity for more than 300 boats with a special area for superyachts and a 7,500 m² (80,730 sq ft) boat maintenance yard with a 150 ton Travel Lift for professional service on your vessel. The Yacht Club will have different spaces for sports and recreational boating activities; while in the Marina Village (retail area) you will find different amenities such as restaurants, minimarket, ice cream shop, drugstore, among others, for your total comfort. Additionally, in our lagoon you can practice water skiing and other water sports. To facilitate access for our residents and members, we have a private airfield for both charter and private flights with a fully paved airstrip 1,750 meters long (5,741 feet).
