San Antonio added 18 new tenants in Q1 2026. Food and beverage is leading expansion activity, with Tim Hortons, Hawaiian Bros, Paris Baguette, Angry Chickz, and 7Brew Coffee all staking out new locations. Service retail is close behind with AutoZone, Valoline, Take 5, and Jiffy L**e moving into new corridors across the city.

We recently had the opportunity to present at an Economic Update Luncheon hosted by Venture X San Antonio River Walk, a local co-working office who generously provided the venue and catering.

During the session, we walked through economic and commercial real estate data we track regularly, covering trends across investment sales, leasing, construction, and capital markets, and discussed how conditions are evolving in 2026.

We’re excited to welcome DiscoverStrength to Huntington Square in San Antonio.

Discover Strength recently celebrated their official ribbon cutting with the Greater San Antonio Chamber, and it was great to hear directly from the owner about the philosophy behind the training model and what members can expect from a personalized, results-driven workout experience. Kwaku and Jasmine even demonstrated for us the types of workouts they walk clients through every day.

Discover Strength focuses on efficient, science-based strength training designed to help people get stronger and healthier in a supportive, one-on-one environment, and it is certainly a great addition to the neighborhood and center.

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re looking back on some of our favorite moments from the year, and there were a lot of them!

Here are a few highlights:
• We opened the Foresite Austin office
• Welcomed eight new team members
• Were named a Best Place to Work in San Antonio for the fourth year in a row
• Launched our new Land Division

We also celebrated some big wins within the team:
• Tristen Palori in the Austin Leasing Department was promoted to Senior Associate
• Craig Slaughter in the San Antonio Property Management Department was promoted to Associate Director of Property Management

We were invited to speak at industry events and were proud to see Chad Knibbe featured as a panelist at the RED News Austin CRE Summit and the CCIM Symposium.

Plus, there were a few exciting life moments to celebrate among our team:
• Two babies
• Three marriages!
