Over 10 years ago, I was his sales director and he was my agent. Sales isnโt easy โ and Jet was struggling to hit his numbers. He got the warning: close a sale that week, or heโs off the team.
Then on the day of our open house, I had to reprimand him again โ he was late, and the same warning stood. No sale, no spot on the team.
And wow. Before that day ended, Jet brought in a guest to the event and closed a sale with a spot down payment. Saved. His commission even got released right away.
Not long after, he resigned from real estate.
Fast forward to today โ he now runs a thriving printing press business, and he messaged me after seeing one of my reels, grateful that his short stint in real estate became an instrument for the life and business he has now.
So I made it a point to meet up with him and support his business โ and Iโm just so glad to reconnect with you, Jet. ๐ค
This is my appreciation for this business: we earn from it when we take it seriously, and we give back by helping newbies learn it whenever weโre given the chance to lead. My biggest takeaway? Youโll never know whose life youโll touch โ a colleague, a client, anyone. Love your job and it will love you back a hundredfold.
