1. HOW MUCH?

2. HOW TO RESERVE?
We highly suggest to do an inspection of the units and to read our rules and regulations prior to making any reservations since this is non-refundable.
Once you're sure, we'll send you our banking details and you will need to pay the equivalent of 1 month deposit of your preferred unit type. This amount will be deducted when you pay the total move in payment upon contract signing.
After your reservation, make sure you move in within 30 days otherwise your reservation will be forfeited.
3. CAN I SEE THE ACTUAL PHOTOS?
All photos are uploaded on our page. If you're feeling extra, you can like and follow our page too!
4. CAN I VIEW THE UNITS?
Sure! Just make sure to set an appointment before your intended visit so we can make sure our schedules match. No walk-ins.
5. DO THE UNITS HAVE THEIR OWN ELECTRIC METERS?
Yes. All units have their own electric meters. You can also notify us if you want us to collect and pay your monthly electric bills on your behalf.
6. ARE WATER, INTERNET & ELECTRICITY BILLS INCLUDED?
No. Utilities bills are exclusive.
7. DO THE UNITS HAVE THEIR OWN WATER METERS?
Yes. This is going to be read and billed on a minimum consumption of 10 cubic meters at PHP400 per month. In excess of 10 cubic meter per month will be an additional of PHP40 per cubic meter.
8. IS WI-FI INCLUDED?
No. We offer wi-fi connection at PHP400 per month.
9. IS AIRCON INCLUDED?
No. Tenants to provide their own air conditioning units.
10. IS BED INCLUDED?
No. Tenants to provide their own beds and other furnishings. We only provide built-in desks, built-in cabinets, and kitchenette.
11. ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Sorry but pets are strictly not allowed.
12. ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Sorry but kids below age 12 are strictly not allowed for safety reasons since the building is not designed to accommodate young kids.
13. DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Yes but we have limited slots. We offer 5 secured parking slots for an additional PHP500 per month and 3 front parking spaces for free (on a first come first served basis)
14. IS COOKING ALLOWED?
Tenants can use electric stove or portable butane gas stove only.
15. ARE VISITORS ALLOWED?
Visitors are allowed until 10pm daily or a maximum of 5 days per month if they wish to stay overnight. Visitors must log in and out with the admin.
