Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate Housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas.
-Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
-Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
-Assign tasks and schedules to housekeeping personnel and monitor their performance.
-Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper use.
-Address and resolve any housekeeping-related complaints or issues from guests or management.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations.
-Work closely with other departments to coordinate housekeeping services efficiently.
-Conduct regular meetings with the housekeeping team to discuss improvements and updates.
-Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, staff performance, and maintenance needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
2.Proven experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or similar role.
3.Strong leadership and team management skills.
4.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
5.Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and health and safety regulations.
6.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Willingness to work Monday to Friday
9.With driver’s license is a plus.
