• Water dispenser (hot&cold) W/ free water.
• Can use basic kitchen Utensils.
• Kitchen Appliances (Refrigirator, Gas Stove, Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker)

Reminder when using this appliances: Handle with care
• Private swimming pool

• The villa has a spacious lounge and TV room.

Dear Guests,

If you want flexible check-in and check-out time, you will need to be willing to pay at least the price of equivalent to 2 nights or early check-in/late check-out fee. Bakit? Example, if this is your desired stay:

22HRS
Check-in: Dec 2, 8PM
Check-out: Dec 3, 6PM

This means that the host cannot accept booking for Dec 2 ng 2PM, kasi magchecheck-in ka ng 8PM. This also means hindi rin makakaaccept ng guest on Dec 3 ng 2PM, kasi nasa unit ka pa rin, 8PM ka pa magchecheck-out. Pagcheck-out mo, wala nang housekeeper gabi na. Next day na ma checheck ang unit pero bilang takot kang mascam, magmamadali ka ring irefund ang security deposit mo.

Ngayong peak season, wag mo nang ipagpilitan ang 22 hours mo, okay?
