In line with Executive Order No. 2025-001 S. 2025 issued by Hon. Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, please be informed that effective July 1, 2025, the collection of the Environmental Fee will be temporarily suspended.

This suspension covers all programs related to Septage Management and is part of the City Government’s initiative to review and enhance current policies to provide more efficient, humane, and responsive services to the public.

Ang Balibago Waterworks ay gumagamit ng Chlorine (Hydro-Chlon) upang matiyak na malinis at ligtas ang tubig na dumadaloy sa inyong mga gripo, laban sa mikrobyo gaya ng typhoid, cholera, at hepatitis.

⚠️ Dahil sa epekto ng Chlorine, maaaring pansamantalang magkakulay ang tubig habang nililinis ang mga tubo. Hayaan lamang itong dumaloy ng ilang minuto hanggang luminaw.
