Good day valued partners and sellers!
Despite previous reminders regarding the Molavera Project, we would like to reiterate that any form of promotion, advertisement, or marketing remains not yet allowed, especially within and around the project vicinity.
As shared earlier, the project has not yet been officially launched, and the Certificate of Registration and License to Sell (CRLS) is still under process. In line with company policy accepting Letters of Intent (LOI) on any platform—including on-site activities, Facebook, and other social media channels—is temporarily restricted.
Please note that non-compliance with these guidelines may also result in delays in the processing of our permits and licenses, which we all aim to secure as soon as possible.
We hope for everyone’s understanding, as this is also to ensure fairness to all brokers and sellers who are carefully following the guidelines. Let’s continue to support one another by observing proper coordination and maintaining professionalism.
