STA. LUCIA LAND DONATES PRIME LOT FOR NASUGBU’S FIRST MODERN SPORTS COMPLEX
In a groundbreaking initiative, Sta. Lucia Land, Inc., one of the Philippines' leading property developers, has donated a prime commercial lot with an approximate market value of PHP 200 million to the town of Nasugbu, Batangas. This generous contribution will serve as the foundation for Nasugbu’s first-ever modern sports complex, strategically located within the town’s inaugural masterplanned commercial complex.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held on December 11, 2024, marks a significant milestone for the region. The new sports complex is expected to establish Nasugbu as a key player in the Philippine sports landscape, serving as a hub for athletic development and sports events. This project is the result of a collaborative effort, involving notable sports leaders like Eric Buhain and LA Tenorio, along with strong support from Senators Grace Poe and JV Ejercito. Their collective vision aims to foster sports and youth development in the area.
