🏡 Pwede ka pa bang mag PAG-IBIG Housing Loan kahit matagal ka nang hindi naghuhulog?

YES, pwede pa. Hindi ibig sabihin na tumigil ka sa hulog ay wala ka nang chance makapag-apply. May ilang importanteng bagay lang na kailangan mong malaman. 👇

1️⃣ Hindi nawawala ang Pag-IBIG membership mo
Kahit matagal ka nang hindi naghuhulog, hindi nawawala ang Pag-IBIG membership number mo.
Nagiging inactive lang ang status hanggang maghulog ka ulit.

2️⃣ Kailangan maging active ulit bago mag-loan
Para makapag-apply ng Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, kailangan:

✔ May minimum 24 months contributions
✔ Active member ka ulit kapag nag-apply ka

3️⃣ Kung kulang ang hulog mo
Kung hindi pa umabot sa 24 months ang contributions mo, may options ka pa:

✔ Mag-resume ng hulog bilang voluntary member
✔ Mag lump sum payment para makumpleto ang required contributions (depende sa case)

📌 Example:
• May 18 months contributions ka dati
• Tumigil ka ng 3 years

Ang pwede mong gawin:
Maghulog ulit hanggang maabot ang 24 months total contributions.
Kapag kumpleto na, pwede ka nang mag-apply ng housing loan.

Kung plano mong bumili ng bahay gamit ang Pag-IBIG financing, siguraduhin na:

✔ Updated ang contributions mo
✔ May proof of income
