The purpose of our Mata Clan FB page is to educate, enlighten, and inform everyone of the status of our property being illegally sold by Novocares headed by Jaimeer Duran as part of their so called Caresville Subdivision. Unfortunately, many of our "Kababayans" are duped into buying our land. From the 9 titles of the Mata Clan, only 2 titles were bought by Novocares; namely, Phase 11 and 14.

Novocares took advantage of us by developing and blocking us entry to our land. Illegally selling and subdividing the lots and mispresenting them as if they own the whole Mata Clan property.

We know that this will be a long haul, but truth and justice has to persevere.

We encourage everyone to seek the truth and not engage on hearsays.

We suggest that you buyers, group together and seek legal advice and take legal action to protect your interest. Don't be a victim. We have our justice system that will address all our concerns.
