🏡Clubhouse is located in Romagna St. (Main road of the Subd). Very near the main entrance gate.

📌Note: We strictly follow time to abide by the rules. Late check in without proper notification will be charged ₱200.00 per hour. If the guest intend to extend their stay, an early information should be made in order us to check the incoming guest. If the guest is late, payment is non-refundable or cannot be deducted at any cost.

📌No reservation, no booking policy.
First come, first serve

📌50% reservation fee can be sent thru BPI, BDO or GCash.

📌Reservation fee is deductible from the total amount of house rental.

📌No pencil booking and reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

📌Please note that it is the guest's responsibility to read and follow the House Rules.

📌The balance shall be paid in full upon Check in, including Security deposit amounting of Php 1,500 per night.

📌Security deposit is refundable upon check out if no damages / loss and if no rules has been violated. Guest is responsible to pay/ replaced the item damaged.
