1. Coordinate and attend meetings with government agencies and other third parties involve in getting necessary permits to build and sell the houses.
2. Complete the list of requirements and submit it to local government unit and other related third parties.
3. Review construction plans.
4. Monitor construction activities of on-going projects.
5. Create progress report and timetable of project completion.
6. Prepare letters or memos if needed.
7. Perform other related duties and responsibilities from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Preferably with experience in real estate development especially townhouses.
2. Strong leadership skill and can work with minimal supervision.
3. Good knowledge of government regulations and requirements in getting permits.
4. Able to understand construction drawings.
5. PRC license is an advantage but not required.
