A successful condo unit resale and title transfer service completed. Praise God! 🤗
This was supposed to be a rush resale. When we finally found a sure buyer, everything seemed to move quickly and smoothly. But just when we were ready to proceed, the buyer suddenly requested a second Deed of Absolute Sale with a lower declared price to reduce the taxes during the title transfer.
Yes, this may already seem normal in the industry, and many people may be doing it, but no matter how common it becomes, it is still tax evasion.
So I chose to step away and let the seller decide directly. I told him that if they wanted to continue with that arrangement, it would have to be without our participation.
Even though the seller badly needed immediate cash at that time, he still chose righteousness. He stayed with us and said goodbye to the sure buyer.
And amazingly, just a few hours later that same night, God led us to a new buyer, and truly a good one. Everything became smooth, peaceful, and properly documented from there.🙌
