Ang pagkakaisa ng Noon vs Ngayon in terms of teaching in reading..saan ang mas pabor Sayo? Huwag kalimutan magcomments sa baba!

“Walang ICT, walang ARAL Program, walang summer classes, wala ring COT daw noon…

Mas may follow-up ang magulang.

• gadgets at social media
• iba-ibang learning styles
• mental health concerns
• malaking class size

Kundi pagtutulungan.

Life of teachers need to know better..here is it is read it all and start to review and analyze what should be the right things to do and how it should be done for them after all.

"One Hour Observation Cannot Measure a Teacher’s Lifetime Dedication."

May we please realize that Classroom Observation is only a snapshot, hindi ito sukatan ng buong taon, lalong hindi ng mga taon ng tahimik na sakripisyo, pagod at dedikasyon ng isang g**o. Isang oras lang ‘yan, pinaghandaan, inayos at minsan inarte pa. Pero paano naman ang araw-araw na pagtitiyaga?

Daming nakakalusot na “perfect” kahit tamad, pala-absent at kulang sa malasakit. Bakit?

Minsan or halos ganito ang problema natin Ngayon as teachers..no offend this is just my opinion as teacher also in grade 2.

There is a painful truth many educators quietly carry: teachers are not the problem, yet they are the ones blamed the most. So many outsiders, people who have not stepped inside a classroom for years, feel entitled to dictate how to “fix” education. But those who live the reality know that the real struggle often begins long before a child enters the school gate.

Teachers work hard but they cannot replace what should be taught at home. Children arrive without manners, without respect and without the basic ability to get along with others. And when these things are missing, sino ang gumagastos? Madalas, teachers. Out of pocket. Quietly. Without complaint.

When a school is labeled “failing,” people look at the teachers first. Pero ang tanong: Do parents attend conferences? Do they communicate with teachers? Do they check if their children are prepared, complete with supplies, homework and discipline? Do students take notes, listen and behave? O sila ang dahilan ng disruptions?

A teacher can be dedicated, passionate and skilled but education is a partnership. Hindi pwedeng teacher lang ang kumikilos. Parents must teach values. They must enforce discipline. They must model respect. Kung ang bata ay lumalaki na walang guidance sa bahay, the burden falls on teachers who already carry more than their share.

In the end, schools do not fail because of teachers. Schools fail because teachers are expected to do both their job and the parents’ job. Hanggang hindi handang makipagtulungan ang parents, nothing will truly improve.

Education is teamwork. And teachers cannot play all the roles alone.

Very well said 👍👍

There are more than 180 to 200 school days in a year, yet the entire performance of a teacher is often judged based on just one or two Classroom Observations. What about the hundreds of days we’ve poured our heart into teaching, going above and beyond for our students? Wala bang halaga yun?

This system puts enormous pressure on teachers, stress builds up because everything hinges on one observation. If the indicators aren’t “hit,” the performance rating drops. Napaka-unfair. You cannot truly measure a teacher’s creativity, dedication, and innovation in a single sit-down. Some teachers may excel in CO but rarely show commitment in class, while others may shine quietly every day without being properly recognized.

What if we applied the system used in higher education? Instead of relying solely on one observer, let the students evaluate their teachers through structured “Student Evaluation” processes. Afterward, constructive feedback could be provided for real growth. At least this way, assessment comes directly from those who experience your teaching every day, your students. Fair, accurate and truly reflective of a teacher’s impact.

I agree 💯💯💯!kudos to all the Grades 1 teachers all over the world!Keep it up..it's exhausted experienced actually, but enjoyable as well because that is our passion and mission in this world to life.

At bilang g**o,
lahat sila sabay-sabay naming hinahawakan,
sabay-sabay naming inaalalayan,

paaralan, magulang, at bata mismo.
