💰 Fee Structure:
Starting at ₱10,000 (net of VAT and depending on the lot), We also require a deposit of ₱5,000 for ordinary operating expenses like transportation, photocopying, printing, notarization, allowances, etc. A full liquidation will be submitted to you together with the Certificate of Title at the end of the project, but you’ll get a refund if the deposit is not all used up.
