PECU MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR CONDUCTS POST-BLAST OPERATIONS IN SHARIFF AGUAK

In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Enhanced Managing Police Operations, personnel of the Provincial EOD and Canine Unit (PECU) Maguindanao del Sur, led by PMSg Efren John A Torricer, Assistant Team Leader, under the supervision of PLT HENRY O DAYOT, OIC, RECU BAR, successfully conducted a Post-Blast Investigation (PBI) at Sitio Malinis, Brgy. Mother Poblacion, Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao del Sur.

Prior to the investigation, the team executed a meticulous 5/25 search to ensure the area was clear of secondary devices. Working in close coordination with the Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU MDS) and the Investigator-on-Case (IOC) of Shariff Aguak MPS, the team recovered critical evidence from the Seat of Explosion (SOE), including three metal fragments, a safety lever suspected to be from a fragmentation hand gr***de, and soil samples for chemical analysis.

Following a final walkthrough to ensure no further hazards remained, the scene was officially turned over to the Shariff Aguak MPS for legal proceedings.

This operation, conducted under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, underscores the unit's unwavering commitment to specialized investigation and public safety within the BARMM region.

Alinsunod sa PNP Focused Agenda na Community Support at sa pamumuno ni PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO JR, habang nagsasagawa ng mobile patrol operation at police visibility sa Brgy. Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte, napansin ng grupo na pinamumunuan ni PCMS Albaño, Team Leader, sa ilalim ng superbisyon ni PMAJ LENARD RELOJ CARANDANG, Officer-In-Charge, RECU 10, ang isang matandang babaeng walang tirahan na nakaupo sa gilid ng eskinita at humihingi ng pagkain sa mga dumaraan.

Dahil sa malasakit at hangaring makapagbigay ng tulong sa nangangailangan, agad nilapitan ng mga tauhan ang nasabing matanda at nagkaloob ng food packs at inuming tubig bilang ayuda. Ipinakita ng naturang gawain ang tunay na diwa ng serbisyong nararamdaman at may malasakit, at pagiging makatao ng kapulisan sa komunidad.

Ang simpleng gawaing ito ay sumasalamin sa patuloy na dedikasyon ng PNP-EOD/K9 Group sa pagpapanatili hindi lamang ng kapayapaan at kaayusan kundi pati na rin ng malasakit at tiwala ng mamamayan sa kapulisan.
