The Loan-to-Appraisal Value (LTV) ratio also plays a role. The LTV ratio can be up to 100% for developer-assisted housing loans up to PHP 400,000, 95% for loans up to the economic housing limit, and 90% for loans exceeding that limit but not exceeding PHP 6 million.
