-Submit required documents to ONETT for computation.

For loans up to PHP 1,250,000, your monthly amortization shouldn't exceed 35% of your gross monthly income. For loans exceeding that amount, it shouldn't exceed 30%.

The Loan-to-Appraisal Value (LTV) ratio also plays a role. The LTV ratio can be up to 100% for developer-assisted housing loans up to PHP 400,000, 95% for loans up to the economic housing limit, and 90% for loans exceeding that limit but not exceeding PHP 6 million.
