Who said that The Upper East by Megaworld is all talk but no groundworks?

It only took Megaworld less than two years since it acquired the former BMMC Sugar Mill to start developing the area into one of the most anticipated developments in the City of Smiles.

In the photos are the ongoing groundworks for drainage and sewerage system, The Upper East Avenue and the surrounding infras, The Upper East Hotel (hotel name to be confirmed very soon), and some more infra works. Development of the area is being done 24/7 so we can expect more structures sprouting like mushrooms in the area very very soon!
