Rent to own is better than none to own.
Hindi ito para magyabang.
Hindi rin ito tungkol sa pagmadali.
Pero kung may choice ka
sa pagitan ng may direksyon
at walang plano,
alin ang mas safe?
Maraming tao ang nagrerenta
year after year
na walang target.
Walang timeline.
Walang movement.
Walang ownership goal.
Comfortable, pero stagnant.
Rent-to-own is not perfect.
May commitment.
May responsibility.
May long-term obligation.
Pero at least may patutunguhan.
At least may chance
na bawat bayad mo
may nilalapitan kang ownership.
Compared sa pagrerenta
na pareho pa rin ang sitwasyon
kahit limang taon na ang lumipas.
Let’s be clear.
Hindi ito para sa lahat.
Kung wala kang emergency fund,
kung sakto lang ang cash flow mo,
delikado pa rin.
Affordability is not the same as sustainability.
Pero kung stable ka na,
kung may buffer ka na,
kung malinaw ang plano mo,
rent-to-own can be a bridge.
Bridge from temporary
to ownership.
Ang mas delikado
hindi ang rent-to-own.
Ang mas delikado
yung wala kang direction.
Ownership does not start with cash.
It starts with structure.
❌Hindi kailangan agad full owner.
✅Kailangan may movement.
Because five years from now,
mas okay ang paunti-unting may naipundar
kaysa sa walang nabuo.
Direction beats comfort.
