📌How much ROI did your other investments generate last year?

Now compare that with the 10% ROI on Palmhaven lots last 2025.

Today, many people are eager to invest their hard-earned money, not only to preserve their capital but also to generate passive income. They explore stocks, index funds, mutual funds, crypto, MP2, digital banks, almost everything... except memorial lots.

For some, it’s the “morbid” perception that holds them back. For others, memorial lot investing may seem too simple or not “impressive” enough, especially for those whose goal is not just profit, but appearing smart or trendy.

Some investors choose options that are:

1. Popular and widely preferred- so they can blend in with the crowd; or
2. Unique and new- so they can stand out and feel ahead of others.

But is that what smart investing is really about?

True investing isn’t driven by PERCEPTION. It’s guided by principles. A wise investor evaluates:

✅ Capital requirement
✅ Risk level
✅ Market demand
✅ Maintenance and holding cost
✅ ROI potential

When measured against these fundamentals, memorial lots present a compelling case.

So instead of focusing on how an investment makes you look, focus on how it makes your MONEY WORK! 💪
