Property giant Megaworld has officially broken ground for the 12-story Kingsford Hotel Bacolod inside the company’s 34-hectare The Upper East township in Bacolod City.
To be managed and operated by Megaworld Hotels & Resorts and scheduled to open by 2028, the hotel will feature almost 300 rooms, as well as a variety of ‘first-in-Bacolod’ amenities including its own Executive Lounge exclusive to VIP guests.
Leading the groundbreaking ceremony for the new hotel was Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, chief operating officer, Megaworld (center). Also shown in the photo were (from left): Engr.
