Stonehill Heavenly Gardens Corp. (SHGC) was incorporated in April 2023 to handle all memorial projects. Stonehill Gardens Bacolod project was initially developed by Goldenpine Realty and Development Inc (GRDI) and will be transferred to SHGC as the official development company of the project. Only above-ground interments are permitted in mausoleums, which can accommodate an unlimited number of inurnments.

Mausoleum Structure:
The design must adhere to the standard specifications and measurements, including size and easements.
Purchasers are not allowed to add any improvements or plantings that are not part of the approved overall design and plan submitted to and approved by Stonehill Gardens.

Only ornamental plants or trees planted by Stonehill Gardens are permitted on the easement.

Visiting Loved Ones:
Plot owners must comply with the company's policies and guidelines regarding Solid Waste Management and the Clean Air Act when visiting the park, particularly concerning the collection, segregation, storage, and disposal of refuse or garbage.

Double Full Interment Capacity:
- Up to 2 fresh body interments and 4 sets of remains (bones or cremated remains); or
- 1 fresh body interment and 5 sets of remains (bones or cremated remains); or
- 6 sets of remains (bones or cremated remains).

Rules for Plot Owners:
Plot owners or their authorized representatives are STRICTLY prohibited from marking lines through the grass edging or placing stones, pebbles, or plastic on any side of the lot.
Plot owners may request maintenance and replacement of worn-out or damaged marble markers, with costs to be borne by the plot owner.

When Visiting Loved Ones:
Visitors are allowed to bring a suitable number of flower stems for the flower holder.
Only battery-operated candles are permitted.
Eating within The Lawns is prohibited.
