It specializes in RELOCATION Surveys, TOPOGRAPHIC Surveys, AS-BUILT Surveys, SUBDIVISION Surveys, CONSOLIDATION Surveys, PARCELLARY Surveys, ENGINEERING (BUILDING) Surveys, CAAP Surveys, TREE-TAGGING Surveys, HYDROGRAPHIC Surveys, AERIAL Surveys, GPS Services and Survey Plans Preparation. The firm’s survey works are used to facilitate land partition, property transfer, site development, fence layout, site design, GPS mapping and the layout of new improvements, aiding in the development and/or sale of residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial properties. Headed by its founder and president Gerard Paolo “GP” Equipaje, a licensed Geodetic Engineer with over 18 years of in-depth experience in Geodesy, Land Surveying, CAD and GIS (Geographic Information Systems), the firm has the capacity to simultaneously deploy more than 30 highly skilled survey teams nationwide, consisting of professional surveyors, instrument men and survey aides who are fully supported by CAD operators performing the computation, plotting and mapping tasks. With the commitment to achieve consistent, accurate and timely surveying services, ESC readily invests in the latest surveying equipment and software. In doing so, the company has eliminated manual computation and has significantly increased efficiency and precision in the gathering and processing of quantitative data. Engr. Gerard Paolo Equipaje, incumbent ESC President and incoming GEP Regional President for Region VI joins more than 900 delegates of the 51st National Directorate Meeting and Convention of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines held at Royce Hotel, Clark, Pampanga last June 12-13, 2026.

The National convention was a gathering of GEP members/licensed geodetic engineers from all regions of the Philippines and as well as their international affiliates with the theme: "Advancing Geodetic Engineering Excellence through Innovation and Integrity."

(GEP) Regional Division 6 with the theme: Advancing Geodetic Excellence through Innovation and Integrity.

Together with the firm's President, Engr.
