Kapag magtu-turn over na ng condo unit, apartment, o bagong bahay, mahalagang i-check nang mabuti bago pumirma ng acceptance. Heto ang mga commonly checked items:
Structural / Finishes
* May bitak ba sa pader, kisame, o sahig
* Pantay ba ang tiles at walang nakaumbok
* Maayos ba ang pintura at walang mantsa
* Walang tagas sa kisame o dingding
* Kumpleto ang molding, baseboard, at sealant
Doors and Windows
* Maayos bumukas at sumara ang pinto
* Gumagana lahat ng locks at susi
* Walang gasgas o crack ang salamin
* Maayos ang sliding windows
* Check kung may singaw o tubig na pumapasok
Electrical
* Gumagana lahat ng ilaw at switch
* I-test lahat ng convenience outlet
* Check ang circuit breaker panel
* May tamang voltage at walang spark
* Gumagana exhaust fan at doorbell kung meron
Plumbing
* I-open lahat ng gripo at shower
* Check kung may tagas sa ilalim ng lababo
* Maayos ang flush ng toilet
* Mabilis ba ang drainage
* Walang mabahong amoy sa drains
Kitchen Area
* Maayos ang countertop
* Check cabinets kung aligned at hindi maluwag
* Gumagana range hood at built-in appliances
* Walang crack ang sink
Bedroom / Living Area
* Check flooring kung may tunog o lundo
* Maayos ang aircon provision
* Kumpleto ba sockets at internet provisions
Safety Features
* Smoke detector
* Fire sprinkler
* Emergency exit information
* Peephole at door viewer
