I woke up this evening and set the table for everyone. Over dinner, we shared updates on our weekend completed tasks.
My mama made nilagang beef in her pressure cooker. Yum!
My papa at work successfully inspected two older Boeing models and completed a success on their flight tests. Hooray!
My sister is all ready for Sunday church and just finished. Pretty!
JC my youngest bro, who played two basketball games for Sunday and trained with friends, is finally home since it’s pouring rain again. Hooray for the tallest boy!

The Philippine real estate market in 2024 is showing continued growth driven by infrastructure expansion, urban development, and a shift toward sustainable, eco-friendly properties.
Significant projects under the "Build, Build, Build" program, including new railways and expressways, are boosting accessibility and, in turn, property values in regions outside Metro Manila.
These developments are making areas like Cavite, Pampanga, Cebu, and Davao appealing hotspots for both local and international investors
