Hi! My name is Shalom Tongco. I started my real estate journey in 2012 as a Property Consultant in one of the Philippines’ leading developers. Through hard work, dedication, and passion for real estate, I advanced to the role of Sales Manager, where I had the privilege of leading a competitive and integrity-driven team that consistently delivers exceptional results while upholding the highest professional standards. For almost 13 years with the company, and with the guidance of my superiors and the support of my co-agents, I grew both personally and professionally.
During the pandemic, I decided to pursue BS Real Estate Management, and by God’s grace, I graduated in January 2023. In 2025, I took both the Broker’s Licensure Exam and the Appraiser’s Exam—and passed.
With courage and faith, I stepped out of the in-house world to embrace new opportunities in real estate. My heart truly belongs here. I am deeply grateful to my clients, whom I fondly call my Homevestors, for trusting me with their homes and investments.
Now, as I serve more clients, I continue to place my trust and hope in God, who leads me in every step of my journey. I am committed to guiding my clients with intentionality and integrity as they make one of the most meaningful investments of their lives.
