Dear Rosalia Village 2 Residents,

It has come to our attention that residents of La Verne (currently 11 homeowners ) are NOT paying monthly dues, like we religiously do for the last 10 years. Even our co-homeowners who lives abroad or living in other cities are paying their dues on time or even in advance.

This is a very UNFAIR situation considering that they are using our roads, gates, maintenance and security services going in and out of their residence.

By giving them access to our subdivision, we already lost our privacy, exclusivity , and put our security at risk, not to mention the damages they have done to our roads, side walks and drainage systems.

The promised improvements to our roads, water supply, basketball court, etc as a sign of goodwill for allowing them to use our road and have access to our subdivision was not delivered. The construction of guard house was left unfinished for more than 1 year now.

Let us demand from both GenRos and Philomena properties to have an immediate action on these concerns

For more than 10 years, hindi binabaha dito sa Rosalia Village 2 kahit pa hanggang hita na ang baha sa highway. Since nag start ng construction ang Philomena Realty sa La Verne Residences nila at binigyan ng right of way ng Genros Property ( developer ng Rosalia Village), ito na ang hitsura ng mga kalsada namin kahit 30 minutes pa lang ng malakas na ulan..Umaagos ang lupa at putil dahil binarahan nila ang drainage namin )
