A 4-storey Commercial & Residential Building with Mezzanine we have designed and constructed from ground up in Malabon City.

This project has two main functions: commercial market and a modern house. The commercial function and the house have individual entrances. The market unit is considered as a base for the floors of house and the different functions are separated are well.

We will share the final result of this multi-functional building soon!

Roughing-ins of electrical and other utilities usually comes before concrete pouring. We always make sure that everything is set in place and properly planned out before concreting.

This is to prevent the contractors to chip or break concrete works when it has already been done. Chipping on certain areas of concrete can lose its strength and can lead to structural failure.

A great project managers utilize all sorts of skills to ensure a project’s success from beginning to end. He is responsible for aspects such as pre-design planning, resource allocation and progress monitoring of the construction works.

His tasks usually involves the following:
1. Clear communication - skilled workers would be unable to perform to the best of their ability if there is a problem in communicating ideas that is needed in making decisions and resolving issues.
2. Delegate accordingly - must understand the importance of teamwork and be able to correctly delegate tasks to skilled workers and subcontractors throughout the timeline of each project.
3. Excellent organization - everything is constantly changing from day to day, so organizational skills are essential for keeping it all straight.

Before you sign up with a contractor, make sure you have a good construction manager to take your project into full completion.
