December 18, 2025- A quick trip filled with meaningful conversations with our mentor—on aligning strategy and planning while sharing what we’re currently building at Legacyland.

Gaining insights from his seasoned experience across international developments such as Ecopark Vietnam, SM Smart City Pasay, and Singapore’s Cloud Forest.

All grounded in a shared vision of creating truly sustainable communities.

Together with our mentor, a master planner, strategist and an expert shaping big developments, he shared with us his insights into the built environment.

We are grateful to be part of the Ph delegation to the Hongkong Asia Pacific Summit, together with other real estate developers from the whole Asia Pacific region.

We learned a lot in the 4-day summit from study tours, sustainable practices, Urban Plan, and capital markets.

We are grateful to be part of the ULI Singapore Mentorship program with Sir KK as our mentor, a city planning and design expert and also the head of Strategy and Planning at SM Smart City.

With the Introductory call we were able to identify points to consider for what we currently have and the aspirations we want to be in the future in our Real Estate Development journey.
