As much as we would like to give consideration regarding the weather, the current weather conditions in Baguio have been widely reported in the news and across various platforms.

For guests who still wish to visit Baguio despite the current conditions, the decision to proceed with the trip and make a reservation is entirely at your discretion. We strongly encourage everyone to assess their own situation, travel route, and the latest weather forecast before confirming a reservation.

Please note that if you are coming from an area experiencing flooding, road closures, or difficult travel conditions, these circumstances will not be considered grounds for cancellation or rebooking, especially when such conditions have already been publicly reported and are known prior to booking.

Once a reservation is confirmed, our NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-REBOOKING policy remains in effect. Weather conditions, flooding in your area, travel difficulties, road conditions, or concerns about proceeding with your trip will not be considered grounds for a refund or rebooking.

For those planning to do a legit check through Baguio transient groups, uunahan ko na po kayo most likely wala pong magvo-vouch sa amin doon.

Why?

Because matagal na po kaming tumigil sa pagpo-post sa transient groups. Instead, we chose to use Facebook/Meta Ads for marketing. Mas safe po ito for us dahil maraming scammers ang nag-aabang sa mga transient posts at kinokopya ang details, photos, at listings ng mga legitimate hosts.

Most of our guests book directly through our page, which is why bihira po kayong makakakita ng referrals or vouches from transient groups.

As for unit photos, we always send videos instead of individual pictures.

Why?

To help prevent photo grabbing. Kapag video ang sinend namin, mas mahirap itong gamitin ng scammers. Kahit i-screenshot pa nila, bababa ang quality at mas madaling ma-identify na grabbed content. Plus, our videos contain our watermark for added security.

For legit checking, you are more than welcome to post and ask around. We only ask that you mention and tag our page so we can also respond if needed.

You may also check our review section and browse through the feedback from our previous guests... including our one and only bad review. 🤪

We fully support doing your due diligence before booking. We just choose methods that help protect both our guests and our business from online scammers.

We were informed by the guard of Megatower III that someone arrived claiming they had a booking/check-in under our unit number. Upon verification, it was confirmed that they were SCAMMED by another person/page pretending to represent our unit.

For everyone’s safety, please be reminded:

✅ We ONLY have ONE official page Espacio de Baguio. WALA NG IBA!
✅ We DO NOT have agents, representatives, or third-party handlers.
✅ Direct owner transaction ONLY — ako mismo ang kausap niyo sa page.
❌ Anyone else claiming to handle bookings for our unit is NOT authorized.

Before sending any payment, please make sure you are talking to our official page only.
