Payment scheme:

1. Transients

Php500.00/person/night or;
Php2,000.00/4pax /night /room or;
Php10,000/20pax/night/floor. Check in time is 2pm; check out is 12nn. Payment shall be on cash basis only.

2. Rental of roof deck as party venue - Php10,000.00 for 12hours. Payment shall be on cash basis only.

3. Boarders**

Php3,500.00/person/month or,
Php14,000.00/room max of 4pax

4. Rental of entire floor - Php70,000.00/month max of 20pax.**
