Real estate is real property that consists of land and improving, which include buildings, fixtures, roads, structured, and utility systems.

Observing PARALLELISM is important to obtain the main essence of a word.So on the definition above, the words IMPROVING and STRUCTURED. To obtain parallelism, make these words into NOUN. So, improving becomes improvement and structured becomes structure.

Note:Parallelism is the matching of the forms of words, phrases, or clauses within a sentence.

So, the improved definition is:

What is the difference between ASSERTIVE and SUBMISSIVE?

Being ASSERTIVE means behaving confidently and being able to say in a direct way what you want or believe.

Example: If you really want to have more sales in your real estate career, you'll have to be more assertive.(Cambridge dictionary)

BEING SUBMISSIVE means allowing yourself to be controlled by other people or animals. (Cambridge dictionary)

Example: If you are submissive , you obey someone without arguing.

3. If you do not step forward, you will always be in the same place !
