🏡 House Rules

1. Deposit is required to block the date. Non refundable. In case of cancellation, cancellation policy applies. Changes on travel plans, booking policy applies.

2. FULL PAYMENT must be settled upon arrival before handing over of keys.

3. Only the number of persons on the booking are allowed to stay. Additional charge per person will apply.

4. Cooking is allowed, clean as you go.

5. Strictly NO SMOKING is allowed inside the rooms/house.

6. Garbage must be placed at the receptacle bin.

7. Gambling and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

8. Lock your door at all times, we will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.

9. Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed but no loud noises from 10 pm due to “silent night ordinance”

10. For property protection, a deposit of P1,000 will be required upon check in. It will be refunded upon check out. In the event that guest/s accidentally damaged any equipment, house furnishing and loss keys, the cost will be borne by the guests thus resulting to partial or full deduction of the deposit amount .

Our tiny yet cozy house is around 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the City proper, it’s where you can experience the “Old Baguio”. We are located in the higher part of the city facing vast mountain trails and overlooking La Union beaches. “The view is majestic, it never gets old.”
