📣 UPDATE: COMMERCIAL SPACE (UPPER PINGET, BAGUIO CITY)

Due to the overwhelming number of inquiries and viewing visits, we are temporarily placing the original commercial space plan ON HOLD.

▪️In response to the strong demand, we are now considering converting the entire area into a stall setup to better accommodate more tenants, and offering a more affordable rent per stall to make it more accessible to interested tenants. with an estimated 8–10 stalls available.

The space is still available for lease around June–July 2026 (tentative).

We will be posting full details soon, including stall sizes, layout, and reservation process. Thank you for your continued interest.
