Hi, the house is for longterm lease and ready for actual viewing.

The house is semi furnished with 3 big bedrooms, 2 CRs and 1 bathroom. It is just a 4 minute drive to town and is along the road level.
-Maximum of 8 people only.
-No pets allowed of any kind. Yes, we don't want any kind of pets. Because based on our experience from past tenants, the house gets damaged and has unwanted or stinky smell. Despite the pets having cages, they will bring them into the house, allowing the pets to lay on the bed or sofa. Some also dont immediately clean the p**p and urine 🥲

No photos will be sent. We highly recommend that you see the place for actual viewing. This is for our safety since there are scammers who can use the images of our house for rent, some of which may ask for finder's fee from house seekers.

Regarding the garage, it is only for the visitor of the Landlord and if the tenants do have a visitor, he or she will only be allowed to park for 1-2days.

Beware to those acting as the so-called Finder sa mga naghahanap ng house for rent po, do not pay a finder's fee because, we the Landlord/Lanlady never been hiring a Finder or ahente . Kasi, mahal pa silang humingi ng commission , one month pa nga, ayaw ng 10 percent lang. Grateful ako sa nagsumbong sa amin na nagInquire ng house for rent namin, na sinisingil daw sila ng nagaalyas Finder ng P5k daw as finder's fee. Now i know, modus operandi nanaman. 😌
Kaya, i would suggest to u house for rent seekers, kindly send a direct message to us owners . We are legit not the Finder/ahente.
They never been asked permission first to us if we will allow them to be our Agent or Finder . 😌

The house has 3 bedrooms, bed in every bedrooms, built-in clothes cabinets, sala area, kitchen area, 1 toilet/bathroom , refrigerator, sala set and own electric meter. It has 13 steps stairways.
