The A/C at Mount Santo Tomas in Tuba, Benguet has been turned on once again in time for the onset of the AMIHAN SEASON as declared by PAGASA. Not to worry though as the AC setting is in FAN MODE as of the moment but will start to shift to LOW COOL then HIGH COOL as the months go by.

Word of advice: ready your jackets and scarves. Make peace with the water so that your early morning bath will not gonna be a struggle.๐Ÿฅถ

Engr Efren Dalipog, PAGASA Baguio Weather Observer, reports Baguio City lowest temperature is 9.6 ยฐC recorded at 5AM today.

The public are encouraged to do the following cold weather safety:

1) Dress warmly - Dress in layers, with a wind resistant outer layer. When it is cold, wear a hat, mittens when needed. Keep your face warm with a scarf, neck tube or facemask.

2) Wear warm and waterproof footwear. When it is very cold, or when the wind chill is significant, cover as much exposed skin as possible. Your body's extremities, such as the ears, nose, fingers and toes lose heat the fastest.
