Two Decades of Growth, Faith, and Resilience ❤️🏡

My real estate journey didn't start with fancy apps, AI, or instant online leads.

I started as an Insurance Agent / Financial Consultant ( though I'm a PRC Registered Medical Technologist), then worked hard to become a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and today, I am blessed to serve as a Licensed Real Estate Consultant.

Looking back, I can truly say that this journey was never easy.

I came from the generation of flyering, newspaper advertisements, cold calls marketing, site trippings, and countless follow-ups. Every client was earned through hard work, patience, and persistence. There were no shortcuts—just determination and faith.

There were nights I cried because deals fell through. There were moments when clients went directly to my sellers after I had done all the groundwork. There were painful lessons when people I considered friends chose commissions over friendship.

Those experiences hurt, but they also shaped me.

Today, I don't look back with bitterness—I look back with gratitude. Every rejection taught me resilience. Every disappointment strengthened my character. Every obstacle became part of my testimony.

To my salespersons, colleagues, and everyone who is just starting in this industry: Don't be discouraged by slow beginnings. Technology and AI are wonderful tools, but they can never replace integrity, genuine relationships, hard work, and the heart to serve clients sincerely.

Success isn't built overnight. It's built through consistency, perseverance, and choosing to stand up every time life knocks you down.

Thank You, Lord, for sustaining me through the last 22 years. Thank you for having a husband and children who are very supportive and loving. Every milestone, every client, every lesson, and every blessing came because of Your grace.
