The floor has shared common facilities, including:
🚿 Shared CR with shower
🍳 Shared kitchen
Because the entire floor accommodates only up to 8 tenants, these facilities are shared among a relatively small number of people.
💡 CS / UTILITIES
✅ Up to ₱500 worth of CS is already included in your monthly payment.
If your actual share goes beyond ₱500, you only pay the excess.
Example:
Your monthly CS share = ₱620
Included = ₱500
You only pay = ₱120 excess
This helps keep the basic monthly cost predictable while also keeping usage fair for everyone.
