General Description:
As Sale & Marketing Assistant you will support the administrative, operational, and client
service needs of the company. You will assist across our Real Estate Sales & Marketing
department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
• Answer all inquiries generated from FB & Ig accounts and generate sales
• Create content and schedule posts for all social media account (with Manager’s Supervision)
• Report the insights and analytics generated from social media platforms and do analysis
Update photo and video library
• Monitor read and unread messages and diligently respond with sense of urgency
IN-HOUSE SALES
• Generate sales from the social media inquiries, converting prospects to customers
• Coordinate & assist site tours (schedule, transportation, etc.)
• Organize documentations required in selling and aftersales
• Create and submit proposals to prospective clients
• Monitor and follow up inquiries
• Do flyer distribution when necessary
ADMINISTRATION
• Organize schedule of sales agents (if any)
• Search for possible partnerships and exhibits that the company can participate
• Filing and organizing of documents required
• Inventory of collaterals and other office equipment or supplies required
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
