FUTURA PRIMO PKS - BATCHES 1 & 2 COMPLETED!

Our first two batches of SBT Realty trainees and existing agents successfully completed their Project Knowledge Seminar (PKS) at the Futura Primo Bataan Office last September 12, headed by Broker Ress of Futura.

Through the session, our attendees gained a deeper understanding of the project, its key features, available units, payment options, and selling points., helping them present Futura Primo to clients with greater knowledge and confidence.

The small-batch setup also provided a more focused, engaging, and interactive learning experience for everyone.

Thank you to Broker Ress of Futura and the Futura Primo and Filinvest Land, Inc. team for the warm welcome and informative session. Congratulations to our Batch 1 and Batch 2 attendees! We look forward to welcoming the next batches on September 19.

PROJECT KNOWLEDGE SEMINAR & SITE VISIT OF APEC HOMES ORION

Another productive learning experience for the SBT Realty team last September 12!

Our Senior Sales Manager Rona Ann Canare-Fabian, together with our SBT Sales Managers and agents, attended a Project Knowledge Seminar (PKS) and site visit conducted by Sir Kurt of RASRI.

The activity gave our team a better understanding of the APEC Homes - Orion project, its location, features, and investment potential equipping them to assist clients with greater knowledge and confidence.

Thank you, Sir Kurt and RASRI, for the warm accommodation and informative presentation. We also appreciate our SBT leaders and agents for their active participation and commitment to continuous learning!

MODULES 1 & 2 COMPLETED!

Congratulations to our SBT Realty trainees and refresher attendees who successfully completed the first two modules of our training program during the two-day session held last August 22–23, 2026.

The sessions were conducted by Sales Director and Licensed Real Estate Broker Maricel Triguero, together with our dedicated SBT Sales Managers who served as coaches - sharing their knowledge, experience, and practical guidance with the participants.

At SBT Realty, we believe that continuous learning is essential to becoming responsible, ethical, and confident real estate professionals.
