When Aurora Meets Bataan: A Partnership of Progress and Purpose
— Where the rising light of the East unites with the enduring strength of the West. 🌅

A technical consultation was conducted with the Provincial Assessor of Bataan, headed by Engr. Ricardo Herrera, together with his highly competent staff, to learn about the formulation of their Schedule of Market Values (SMV). The delegation from Aurora was truly impressed by Bataan’s exemplary Property Assessment and Tax Administration System (PATAS) — a testament to their commitment to efficiency, innovation, and good governance.

The activity was attended by representatives from the Provincial Assessor’s Office of Aurora, headed by Acting Provincial Assessor Jose Angelito Q. Hernandez, REA, along with the following Municipal Assessors:
• Ms. Shirley R. Seña, REA, Municipal Assessor of San Luis and President of the Assessors League of Aurora
